New Year, New Me?

December 31, 2015

New year, new me...

Sound familiar to you?

With the new year just around the corner try to reflect on the year that's just gone.

What were your goals going into the new year?

Did you achieve these goals?

What will you do different next year?

Setting goals is the easy bit.

You have to work towards those goals.

Blood, sweat and tears if that's what it takes.

Before you set yourself a New Years resolution, think to yourself how high on your list of priorities

is your resolution going to sit?

Are you prepared to make the time to achieve the goal?

Will you set time apart from the rest of your day to work on your goal?

I've said it in my last blog,

In order to stick to a lifestyle change you need to make it a habit!

Don't go overboard with it, there's no time limit!

Ease your way into your new regime, whether that's a workout program or diet change.

The main reasons for people quitting a month into the new year is because they have either burned

themselves out, the resolution wasn't high enough on their priorities, or they didn't know what to do

in order to achieve their goals.

Whatever your resolution for the new year is, make sure it's one that you will stick to!

If you're not sure what to do then seek advice, research, grow your knowledge and become the

best version of yourself in 2016!

Have a great New Year and let's smash those goals!
