I have trained at a high level in my 20s and 30s but 2 recent operations on my leg for an existing injury meant that my strength, fitness and confidence to exercise has decreased significantly over the last 3 years. Because of this I looked in to personal training to help with my injury rehabilitation. 


I have learnt so much from Aron, he has taken the time to explain what we were doing and the reasons behind it. The sessions have been varied and progressive and as a result I have significantly improved my overall strength but in particular my lower body. It has helped manage my pain levels and Aron has listened to my concerns about my injuries and adapted the training to ensure that I have felt confident to try new exercises.


I would highly recommend Aron to anyone looking to improve their overall strength and fitness or for injury rehabilitation.

I started training with Aron in a bid to lose weight, correct my posture and relieve pain caused by a back injury. So far what I have achieved with his help is beyond anything I expected. Every session is different and combined with his fun yet professional approach I have lost a massive 5 stone in 11 months and become pain free. Each session is tailored to you and your ability yet you find yourself asking to be pushed that little bit harder each time- something which he is only too happy to do. 

I have always had an unhealthy mind-set with food, but since working with Aron and acting on his advice I have changed for the better. I feel like I have become stronger both mentally and physically, and he is always on hand if I need a little support or motivation both inside and outside of the gym.

I had previously trained with someone else for around 9 years, had a good relationship with them and they knew me well, due to their own personal circumstances I could no longer train with them and this saw my fitness decline and weight increase as I had lost that guidance, however, then I met Aron and have not looked back. I think it is important that you have a trainer that

1) you click with

2) understands that you are human and will mess up from time to time

3)  aims to get the best out of you and highlights the positives and motivates you to not stop and Aron all three and more. The training sessions that Aron offers are varied so I’m never bored, Im doing different and new things all the time which helps me look at my fitness in a different light rather that just focusing on one thing, thinking that will make me fit. Aron has supported me with my eating habits, discussing different foods and what to put in my body and how it effects me, whilst my weight is a work in progress and something I have struggled with for a very long time,  I have seen a mark difference in my attitude towards my eating within the two years. Aron is very supportive and offers that support away from the training sessions via text messages or email, which is a plus if your needing that motivational boost or a simple query, I think this shows Aron’s passion for his job and his commitment towards his clients.
