Training and nutrition doesn’t always go to plan, but it’s important to remind yourself of your goal and try not to beat yourself up about it!
I’ve had a bad couple of days training this week, I’ve felt sore from last week as well as not being able to do ‘simple’ skills I know that I can do!
When this happens it’s important you don’t quit! You need to take a step back, evaluate what you have done and what you haven’t, then correct it and learn from this exper
Personally I have corrected it by going back to what worked for me and going off how I feel that day and working on a weakness a day rather than having a set plan to complete each day
Different things work better for different people, it’s not a “one shape fits all” solution, so don’t think that because a set regime doesn’t work for me that it won’t work for you or anyone else!
